Thanks to everyone who commented on the previous post! I've been super busy as of late. I'm still working on a couple of personal things as well as working on blog posts for my writing job so it's a bit hectic. Anyway, just a quick post to acknowledge that I received two Blog Awards back to back.
One is from Meera of Moment with Meera and the other is from 20thCgirl of 20th Century-Girl. Thank you so much! That's so sweet of you. <3
Ann of Numberlettersandfashion also handed me a Best Blog award. I wasn't able to acknowledge it before because I didn't see it. My bad, I know. My apologies. Thank you so much, Ms. Ann! I was too busy checking out her gorgeous thrift finds. hehe
I guess I have to list 7 things about myself, so here goes:
1. For some reason, I always call every dog "puppy" whether they're still puppies or not. (Don't ask. It's just always been that way. lol)
2. My day consists of CSI (preferably Vegas), Family Guy and The Simpsons even while I'm typing away on my computer. I just leave the TV running so I can occasionally distract myself from work.
3. I'm the third child in the family. My two sisters just got back from Indonesia and Korea, respectively so now I need to plan my vacation soon because it's unfair that they're the ones frolicking outside the country while I'm here working. lol
4. My dream is to be able to wear a cape/capelet around town without people gawking. ("Normal" people would NEVER wear things like that here in PI. Maybe in high end events and circles but never on regular streets. lol)
5. Music is a huge part of my life. Sadly I don't think I'm meant to be a musician. I lack dexterity and suck at concentrating/learning. Had 6 acoustic guitars, 1 electric and 1 classical guitar pass by my hands since I was 12. I still have some of them. Never learned a thing apart from the basics. Having a hot teacher didn't help things either. :(
6. I'm fascinated by space.
7. I have a love/hate relationship with concerts. On the one hand, I get really excited to watch my favorite bands but when I'm there I always hate how there's so many people (?) and it's hot and sometimes people become really stupid when they're in a crowd. Then I start wishing I was at home watching CSI, Family Guy or The Simpsons or maybe just listen to music and drawing.
